Shipping policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

All items leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) once payment is received. 

Delivery time may vary depending on carrier, please refer to the tracking number provided on the invoice.

Items delivered by UPS/FedEx cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, please make sure to read carefully all details to avoid delays in shipping.       

UNITED STATES (USA) SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping: Free, 5-7 business days (estimated)
• 2-Day Express: $20, 2 business days
• Overnight Express: $30, 1 business day
• Due to increased demand, shipments may be delayed.

Express delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 1 PM Pacific of the current business day. Express orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Force Majeure

Trifinity Biosciences will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, Trifinity Biosciences cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural catastrophes or any others that make impracticable the production, transportation or delivery of products.

In the event of delay, Trifinity Biosciences will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible, and it reserves the right to allocate any remaining product supply among customers in a fair and reasonable manner.
